SAP Security Specialist

What You Will Do:
✔️ Design and implement SAP security policies and procedures to ensure system integrity, data protection, and compliance with security standards.
✔️ Perform regular security audits and risk assessments on SAP systems, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation measures.
✔️ Configure and manage SAP roles and authorizations, ensuring that users have appropriate access to business-critical systems.
✔️ Implement SAP security solutions such as SAP GRC, SAP Identity Management, and SAP Access Control.
✔️ Monitor SAP system performance and security logs, detecting and responding to security incidents and breaches.
✔️ Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure that SAP systems align with enterprise security standards.
✔️ Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP security trends, threats, and best practices to continuously improve the security posture of the organization.
✔️ Provide SAP security training and guidance to users and internal teams.
✔️ Languages: Proficiency in English (German is a plus).

Key Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Security Specialist with expertise in SAP GRC, SAP Identity Management, and SAP Access Control.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of SAP security principles, authorization concepts, and best practices.
✔️ Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, including S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, and SAP SD modules.
✔️ Experience in conducting SAP security audits and risk assessments.
✔️ Ability to design and implement secure SAP environments while ensuring compliance with internal and external security standards.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate security risks effectively.
✔️ Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train internal stakeholders.
✔️ SAP Security certifications (e.g., SAP GRC, SAP Security) are a plus.
