What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Service Cloud solutions to streamline customer service operations and improve service delivery.
✔️ Configuring SAP Service Cloud to manage service requests, incidents, case management, and knowledge management.
✔️ Collaborating with clients to optimize field service management, customer interaction, and service analytics.
✔️ Supporting the integration of SAP Service Cloud with other SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP Marketing Cloud.
✔️ Providing guidance on best practices for customer service process optimization, service automation, and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Service Cloud Consultant, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and optimization.
✔️ Strong knowledge of customer service processes, including case management, service level agreements (SLAs), and knowledge management.
✔️ Experience with SAP Service Cloud modules, including Incident Management, Service Request Management, and Field Service Management.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and other enterprise systems integration with SAP Service Cloud.
✔️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
