SAP Payroll Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Payroll solutions to support end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
✔️ Configuring SAP Payroll to meet client-specific requirements, including tax calculations, social security, and benefits management.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and global payroll standards.
✔️ Integrating SAP Payroll with SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors to deliver comprehensive human resource management solutions.
✔️ Advising clients on payroll best practices, reporting, and automation to improve efficiency and reduce errors in payroll processing.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Payroll Consultant, with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Payroll solutions.
✔️ Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including tax calculations, deductions, compensation, and benefits management.
✔️ Experience with local and international payroll compliance and regulations, especially in Germany.
✔️ Expertise in integrating SAP Payroll with SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors, and experience with SAP S/4HANA.
✔️ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HR teams, finance departments, and external vendors.
