SAP Data Migration Expert (S/4HANA)

✔️ Expertise in SAP S/4HANA data migration, including the planning, execution, and optimization of data migration strategies from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
✔️ Strong experience in using SAP tools like SAP Data Services, SAP LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit to facilitate seamless data transfers.
✔️ Proficiency in mapping, transforming, and validating data from various sources into the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.
✔️ Ability to work with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements, assess legacy system data quality, and create a migration plan tailored to business needs.
✔️ Experience in performing data cleansing, harmonization, and enrichment activities to ensure accurate and high-quality data is transferred into SAP S/4HANA.
✔️ Ability to design and implement data migration strategies that minimize business disruption and ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA data models, understanding the differences between S/4HANA and previous SAP versions (e.g., SAP ECC) to align data migration accordingly.
✔️ Strong understanding of SAP’s core modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, etc.) and how data migration impacts business processes and operations in SAP S/4HANA.
✔️ Ability to perform testing, validation, and reconciliation of migrated data to ensure alignment with business rules and compliance standards.
✔️ Experience in managing the cutover process, including data migration timelines, testing cycles, and post-migration support.
✔️ Proficiency in working with teams to develop a robust data migration roadmap, ensuring a structured approach and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
✔️ Ability to handle large-scale data migration projects while maintaining focus on efficiency, accuracy, and timeline adherence.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during the migration process.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA’s real-time analytics and reporting capabilities, ensuring that migrated data supports business intelligence initiatives.
✔️ Languages: Proficient in English and German (additional language skills are a plus).
