SAP CRM Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Leading SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implementations and enhancements.
✔️ Configuring SAP CRM to optimize sales, marketing, service, and customer interaction processes.
✔️ Analyzing business requirements and delivering tailored CRM solutions to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
✔️ Ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and marketing tools.
✔️ Providing post-go-live support, training, and ongoing system enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP CRM Consultant, ideally in SAP S/4HANA environments.
✔️ Deep understanding of customer relationship processes and CRM configuration.
✔️ Experience with SAP CRM solutions, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
✔️ Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver client-focused solutions.
