SAP Data Migration Specialist

What You Will Do:
✔️ Lead the end-to-end SAP data migration process, from data extraction and cleansing to transformation and loading into SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, SAP SD).
✔️ Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and ensure that data migration aligns with business needs.
✔️ Perform data mapping, data validation, and data quality checks to ensure that migrated data is accurate and complete.
✔️ Design and implement strategies for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to ensure smooth and efficient migration.
✔️ Work with technical teams to develop custom migration programs and tools to handle complex data scenarios.
✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve any data migration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and system disruptions.
✔️ Monitor and document the entire data migration process, ensuring that best practices and standards are followed.
✔️ Conduct testing and validation of migrated data, ensuring that it meets business requirements and functional specifications.
✔️ Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP data migration tools, techniques, and methodologies.
✔️ Languages: Proficiency in English (German is a plus).

Key Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Data Migration Specialist with a strong track record of successful data migrations into SAP systems.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of SAP data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit).
✔️ Experience with SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP Fiori) and understanding of how data flows across various SAP environments.
✔️ Strong expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, and data cleansing techniques.
✔️ Ability to design and implement effective data migration strategies that minimize risk and ensure smooth transitions.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex data issues during migration.
✔️ Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage data migration activities.
✔️ SAP Data Migration certification or related experience is a plus.
