SAP Performance Optimization Specialist

What You Will Do:
✔️ Analyze SAP system performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, including database, application, and network performance.
✔️ Work with SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA teams to optimize system configurations and parameters for better performance.
✔️ Implement performance tuning techniques for SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA) to ensure scalability and efficiency.
✔️ Collaborate with functional teams to optimize business processes within SAP, improving system performance while maintaining functionality.
✔️ Monitor system performance metrics, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to resolve performance issues.
✔️ Perform system health checks, upgrades, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
✔️ Provide recommendations for hardware, network, and software configurations to enhance SAP performance.
✔️ Conduct performance testing and benchmarking for new SAP implementations or major updates.
✔️ Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP performance optimization tools and techniques to continuously improve system performance.
✔️ Languages: Proficiency in English (German is a plus).

Key Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Performance Optimization Specialist, with a focus on optimizing SAP system performance.
✔️ Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, SAP SD, and related SAP technologies.
✔️ Experience with SAP Basis, HANA performance tuning, and database optimization techniques.
✔️ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex performance issues in SAP environments.
✔️ Hands-on experience with performance monitoring and tuning tools, such as SAP Solution Manager, ST03N, and Workload Analysis.
✔️ Familiarity with system architecture, including hardware, network, and software components, and their impact on SAP performance.
✔️ Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present performance optimization findings.
✔️ SAP Performance Optimization certifications or related training are a plus.
