✔️ Expertise in implementing and optimizing SAP C/4HANA CRM solutions to enhance customer engagement, sales, marketing, and service functions.
✔️ Strong experience in configuring and customizing SAP C/4HANA modules such as SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Commerce Cloud.
✔️ Proficiency in integrating SAP C/4HANA with other SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and third-party systems, to deliver seamless business processes.
✔️ Ability to design and implement CRM strategies that streamline customer interactions, enhance personalization, and improve customer service outcomes.
✔️ Deep understanding of customer data management, segmentation, and campaign management using SAP Marketing Cloud to drive targeted marketing efforts.
✔️ Expertise in sales process optimization, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management using SAP Sales Cloud.
✔️ Experience in customer service management, including case management, service request tracking, and SLA management using SAP Service Cloud.
✔️ Ability to implement and optimize SAP Commerce Cloud for e-commerce solutions, improving online customer experience and integration with back-end systems.
✔️ Knowledge of integrating SAP C/4HANA with SAP Fiori and other SAP UI technologies to enhance user experiences for CRM applications.
✔️ Strong understanding of CRM best practices, customer journey mapping, and digital transformation strategies to align with business objectives.
✔️ Experience in configuring SAP C/4HANA analytics and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions in CRM processes.
✔️ Ability to support change management initiatives, training, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing success.
✔️ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments to deliver high-quality CRM solutions on time.
✔️ Languages: Proficient in English and German (additional language skills are a plus).
